Due to the nature of the services we offer, we do not provide traditional returns or refunds for our digital services. However, we strive to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with the work we deliver.
Please review our policy below to understand our approach to refunds and service satisfaction.
1. No Refund Policy
As our services are digital in nature and require significant time, resources, and effort to deliver, we do not offer refunds once services have been rendered. This applies to all payments for ongoing monthly services, including those made for SEO campaigns, consultations, audits, and any other digital services provided by LocalSEOHive.com.
2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the services we provide, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that we will work with you to revise and improve the services until you are happy with the results. This guarantee includes unlimited revisions, but is subject to the following:
- Scope of Services: Revisions must fall within the agreed-upon scope of the services as outlined in your contract. Any additional work outside the scope may incur extra fees.
- Timely Feedback: You must provide feedback within a reasonable time frame to allow us to address any concerns or make adjustments.
3. Commitment to Deliver Results
While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as rankings, traffic increases, or other performance metrics), we will work diligently to implement best practices and continuously improve your SEO campaign over time. Please note that SEO results are influenced by many factors, including search engine algorithm updates, market competition, and other external conditions, and outcomes may vary.
4. Cancellation of Services
You may cancel your services with LocalSEOHive.com at any time. However, since our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis with a minimum commitment of 3 months, you will be responsible for payment for the full 3-month period, even if you cancel before the term ends.
To cancel, please send an email request to contact@localseohive.com at least 7 days before the end of your current billing cycle to avoid being billed for the following month. If you cancel within the 3-month period, no refund will be provided, and you will still be required to pay for the remaining months in the contract.
5. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
In certain circumstances, exceptions to our no refund policy may be considered. For example:
- Double Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
- Service Failure: In the rare event that we fail to provide the services as agreed upon in the contract and have not made reasonable efforts to address your concerns through revisions or communication, we may consider a refund or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
These exceptions are at the sole discretion of LocalSEOHive.com and will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances.
